Developmental History
This involves asking questions about the child/adolescent's development, including their prenatal development, medical history, when they met their developmental milestones and their academic functioning.
Interviews
At this stage, interviews with the parent, teacher and, where appropriate, the young person, will be conducted.
Each person will be asked about traits they've observed in different contexts.
CONNERS-4 Forms
The CONNERS-4 is a questionnaire that measures ADHD traits and common co-occurring problems.
Report Writing and Report Session
Once all information is collected, your psychologist will write the ADHD Diagnostic Report. This can take up to 2-3 weeks. When the report is complete, the results are discussed in a meeting with all relevant parties.
